Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of legacycheck.org (the “Service”), operated by Eversales Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By purchasing a report or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

LegacyCheck is a paid research and guidance product. For a one-time fee, we run a cross-reference of the information you provide against publicly available unclaimed-property and benefits sources (including NAUPA state programs, NAIC, PBGC, Treasury, SSA, VA, FDIC, MissingMoney, TreasuryHunt and others) and deliver a PDF report describing what was checked, what turned up, and how to claim it.

We are not a government agency, bank, insurer, law firm, or official registry. We do not file claims on your behalf. Any official claim is filed by you directly with the source agency, using the roadmap and documents listed in your report.

2. No guarantee of findings

The price you pay is for the analysis and deliverable — not for any specific outcome. Some reports return multiple actionable leads, some return a single lead, and some return no actionable leads. We cannot and do not guarantee that any funds, benefits, or property will be found or recovered.

3. Price and payment

The Service is a one-time fee of the amount displayed at checkout (currently USD $29). There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no trial. Payment is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Your information

You agree that the information you submit (name, location history, contact details, and related facts) is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. The quality of the report depends on the accuracy of your inputs.

5. Delivery

Your report is delivered by email to the address you provided at checkout, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you do not receive it, contact us at raphael@eversales-consulting.com.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to research a person without a legitimate personal or familial interest, to harass any individual, to violate applicable law, or to resell or redistribute our reports. We may refuse or terminate service at our discretion.

8. No legal, financial, or tax advice

The report is informational. It is not legal, financial, tax, or estate-planning advice. For advice on your specific situation, consult a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual property

The report, the Service, and all underlying materials are owned by Eversales Consulting LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your report for your own claims and estate matters. You may not republish or resell it.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Eversales Consulting LLC harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
