Refund Policy

We want you to feel fairly treated. This policy explains when a LegacyCheck report is refundable and when it is not. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. What you are paying for

Your payment covers the research and the deliverable — the cross-reference across 12 official sources, the human review, and the PDF report. It does not cover any specific finding of money, benefits, or property. Some reports turn up multiple leads; some turn up none. In every case, the deliverable is the same: a clear map of what was checked and how to act.

For that reason, we do not issue refunds based on what the report finds or does not find.

2. Full refund — before work begins

If you change your mind and contact us within 2 hours of payment, and our team has not yet started the research on your file, we will refund you in full.

To request it, email raphael@eversales-consulting.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line “Cancel my order.”

3. No refund — once the report has been delivered

Once the report has been emailed to you, the Service has been fulfilled and no refund is available.

4. If we do not deliver

If we fail to deliver your report within 5 business days of payment, for any reason on our side, you are entitled to a full refund on request. Email us at the address above.

5. Technical failures and duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same order, or if payment was taken but no order was created on our side, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or failed transaction promptly.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us first. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.

7. How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the card or PayPal account used at checkout). Depending on your bank, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
